Fort Wayne Habitat for Humanity is seeking to add the next great member to our team with the following positions:

ReStore Associate (part-time, hourly)

The ReStore is a unique retail environment that sells new and used donated building supplies, home improvement merchandise and household items to the public. Qualified candidates will have a “customer first” mindset and a desire to work in a nonstandard retail environment. This is an opportunity for a positive, people-oriented individual who wants to apply his/her skills to raise funds to support Fort Wayne Habitat’s mission of building homes, communities and hope.

Director of Development (full-time, salary)

This is a high-energy, relationship-based, goal-oriented position requiring extremely strong organizational skills, speaking/communication skills and a genuine passion for Habitat’s mission. The Director of Development is a valued member of the leadership team responsible for the strategic development, management, implementation and evaluation of all fundraising programs supporting Habitat’s mission in the community.

Site Coordinator (seasonal/part-time)

This field-based position is responsible for assisting the affiliate’s Construction Manager and Volunteer Engagement Manager in the successful completion of all construction activities, including managing volunteers on the build site and assisting with all activities involved in the construction of homes. This high-energy, relationship-based and goal-oriented position requires extremely strong organizational skills, speaking/communication skills and a genuine passion for Habitat’s mission. The site coordinator serves as the chief point of contact for volunteers on the construction site. The Site Coordinator will providing excellent customer service to the volunteers while on the job site and keep them engaged in the construction process with direction from the Construction Manager.
